For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for unused products in original condition and packaging. Opened or used items cannot be refunded.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@glozem.com as soon as possible to assess a replacement.
Unclaimed shipments
If you fail to collect your parcel or provide the necessary information to the carrier when requested, the package will be returned to us. Please note that a €30 fee will be charged for unclaimed shipped orders.
