Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Returns

Skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund, as they are no longer suitable for resale for hygiene and safety reasons.
