Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your details before confirming.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused products in their original condition and packaging. Opened or used items cannot be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@glozem.com as soon as possible and we'll assess a replacement.

Unclaimed Shipments

If your parcel is not collected or the carrier doesn't receive the necessary information, the package will be returned to us. A €30 fee applies to unclaimed shipments.
